This mare has it all she has been used for a trail horse a show horse and a demo horse along with the horse everybody rides who does not know how to ride. Bought by Eagle’s Bend Ranch as a yearling she has been a true treasure. Unfortunatly our son has out grown her and my husband rarely rides so I can’t see keeping a horse with this talent out in the pasture. Derby has been an out standing youth horse at the RMHA International show in 2005 and 2006. She took many blues. Derby faithfully allowed 3 different teens to ride her in almost ever class. One would get off and the next would get on. She also went in some of the adult classes and did great. She has also been a big winner at the MN Southern Classic. She has a beautiful build, a gorgeous head and a 4 beat gait that is right on--- She is a smooth as silk. Look for Derby at the 2007 International show or if you are lucky you can buy her before the show and show her yourself. This mare will give you many years of enjoyment, less then a car and will last far longer if properly cared for. Derby has had one foal a beautiful chocolate filly. She was an excellent mother. Derby is sired by Choco Dock and out of a Maples Squirrel mare.

Sonny James is a gorgeous black stallion. He carries some of the oldest bloodline in the breed. He is intelligent very quick to learn and loves attention. Sonny carried 3 different pedigrees. Was the RMHA 2005 International Weanling Colt Grand Champion and RMHA 2006 International Reserve Yearling Colt Grand Champion. He was this year’s 2007 RMHA 5th place 2 year old stallion Grand Champion. This says allot about his potential for the future He is built very stout and has a beautiful high natural head set just made for the show ring. He is proving to be a gaiting machine. He has a long thick mane and tail. Sonny is easy to handle and has excellent ground manners. He will be ready for the show ring next season. If you don’t want a stallion but wants an awesome gelding for trail or show he would be a fantastic gelding. Although it would be a shame to cut a horse of this caliber.
