Policies for Eagle’s Bend Horses for sale.
We want to thank you for taking the time to look at our web site and our horses for sale. Each horse is personally cared for. Each horse receives up to date vaccinations, hoof care and worming.
The Foals are a result of years of exceptional breeding practices.
Our policies are put in place to insure that our horses & potential owners are a good fit.
We invite you to come and visit the horse you are interested in at our farm. We offer you the option of riding at out farm or a nearby park with trails.
Visits are done by appointment only.
We strongly recommend a vet check prior to purchase.
For in experienced riders we highly recommend riding lessons from a professional instructor, we also recommend that you are taught general horse care and the grooming aspects including the care of feet & teeth.
Eagle’s Bend can help with some of the basic tasks.
Eagle’s Bend reserves the first right to purchase any horses back that are sold.
Policies for breeding on our stallions
Our policy states that all colts must be gelded by the age of one unless Eagle’s Bend agrees to a waiver once said colt is born, weaned and inspected by Eagle’s Bend ranch for potential as a breeding stallion.
Eagle’s Bend reserves the right to inspect all mares prior to breeding. If live cover, a negative coggins and negative uterine culture must be up to date.
All mares must lead, stand tied, and be manageable. Any mares with foals, all foals must be halter broke to lead.
These policies are put in place for the safety of our stallions, your mares and more importantly human safety. | |||||
